How they work
The principle of the lamps is simple — the traps light up insect sticky traps when it gets dark, so bugs are attracted to the traps at night when there are no other competing attractions, meaning more bugs are caught.
The Solar Pest Trap Lamps have the option for yellow or blue light, to suit the trap you are using. Once switched on, the lamps turn themselves on when a certain level of low light (36 lumens) is detected.
The lamps come with a hook to hang them where they are needed; just make sure they receive some sunlight during the day to charge! They have a solar panel on the top of the lamp, and they can also charge from grow lighting for use in indoor growing areas.
