Covering & Watering Module
The Covering & Watering Module performs a complete post-sowing process for seed trays. It consists of three working units: a drum that covers the trays with vermiculite, a system of perforated bar showers to water the covered cells and an automatic tray stacker ready for the germination process.
The module works with plastic, polystyrene and thermoformed trays and crates of any size used in greenhouses and nurseries. This machine guarantees high performance, dealing successfully with up to 1200 trays per hour.
Completely in stainless steel to avoid rust and corrosion in an area where water is used.
This machine is suitable to be put in line with the filler and the seeder as the final process.
